WS by Dae professional products are sold for professional back-bar and business use. Purchasing a product does not represent or guarantee that you are licensed, trained, certified, insured, or legally authorized to perform any particular service.
You are responsible for determining and complying with the licensing, scope-of-practice, sanitation, insurance, facility, consumer-disclosure, and other requirements that apply to your business and location.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, ingredients, packaging, measurements, colors, and images accurately. Packaging, ingredients, appearance, or other product details may be updated when appropriate. The product label and instructions supplied with the product control in the event of a discrepancy.
Do not purchase or use a product if you do not understand its intended use, preparation instructions, warnings, or professional requirements. Contact us before use if clarification is needed.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, payment problems, legal restrictions, or misuse of our website or products.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled portion.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees will be added at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and account information.
Payment-plan obligations are not cancelled merely because a purchaser stops participating, does not access the materials, closes an account, or changes their mind. Any separate written agreement signed for mentorship or another service will also apply. If that agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement controls.
Physical-product purchases are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.
Digital courses, downloadable materials, certifications, and educational products are governed by the Education, Course & Mentorship Terms.
Except where otherwise expressly stated or required by law, all sales are final.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us at hello@wsbydae.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a valid payment obligation or create a right to a refund that is not otherwise available under these Terms or applicable law.
When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records, including order information, delivery or access records, communications, policy acceptance, login activity, completed downloads, and program participation, as permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend access to courses, certifications, mentorship, accounts, downloads, and other services while a payment dispute is pending. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, any unpaid balance remains due. Knowingly false, fraudulent, or abusive disputes may be pursued through lawful collection or legal remedies.
Nothing in this section prevents a purchaser from exercising a legitimate right provided by law or disputing an unauthorized or genuinely incorrect charge.
The website and all WS by Dae materials—including formulas to the extent protectable, protocols, manuals, workbooks, course videos, demonstrations, photographs, graphics, trademarks, written content, downloads, frameworks, assessments, and training materials—are owned by or licensed to Dae Dreams LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
A purchase gives the purchaser a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the purchased materials for their own education and business implementation. It does not transfer ownership.
Unless WS by Dae gives prior written permission, you may not:
• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, or create derivative training from our materials
• Share account credentials or allow another person or business to access a purchase
• Record, download, photograph, screen-capture, scrape, or extract materials except where a download is expressly provided
• Upload our materials to a public platform, shared drive, artificial-intelligence system, knowledge base, or other third-party system
• Teach, certify, or train another person using WS by Dae proprietary materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or proprietary notices
• Present WS by Dae content, certification, formulas, or protocols as your own
Unauthorized use may result in access termination without refund and may subject the user to available legal remedies.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual property, commit fraud, or use the website or its materials for an unlawful purpose.
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, video platforms, scheduling systems, and marketing tools. We are not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or content of third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, educational content, and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product-specific representations appearing on the applicable label or in an express written warranty remain subject to their stated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dae Dreams LLC and WS by Dae will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of data, reputational loss, or losses arising from business decisions based on educational materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the product, program, or service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, violation of law, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a professional purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dae Dreams LLC, WS by Dae, and their owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from the purchaser’s:
• Improper preparation, storage, sanitation, mixing, or application of a product
• Failure to follow product instructions, protocols, warnings, or applicable law
• Failure to screen a client or obtain appropriate informed consent
• Use of an unapproved carrier, ingredient, device, treatment, or combination
• Misrepresentation of qualifications, certification, results, or affiliation with WS by Dae
• Unauthorized copying, teaching, resale, distribution, or commercial use of WS by Dae materials
• Negligent, unlawful, or unauthorized acts or omissions
This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which WS by Dae cannot lawfully disclaim responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving the California county in which Dae Dreams LLC maintains its principal place of business.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date will appear at the top of the page. The policy in effect when a purchase is completed will generally govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
